Terms and Conditions of OpenPH

1 Introduction

Welcome to OpenPH — the online sports betting and casino gaming platform operated at openph.best and designed specifically for Filipino players. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form the binding legal agreement between you ("the Player," "you") and OpenPH ("we," "us," "the Platform") governing all access to and use of the services offered on this website.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of an employee of OpenPH or any of its affiliated companies.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

When registering, you agree to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information. You must use your real name, a valid email address, and accurate contact details. OpenPH reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the information you provide at any time. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account termination.

3 Your Account

One Account Rule

Each individual person is permitted to maintain only one registered account on OpenPH. Creating multiple accounts — whether using different email addresses, different payment methods, or different devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are detected, OpenPH will close the additional accounts and may suspend or permanently close all related accounts, with balances forfeited in cases involving bonus abuse.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your OpenPH login credentials. Do not share your username, password, or account access with any other person. Any action taken through your OpenPH account — whether or not it was authorised by you personally — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact OpenPH support immediately at support@openph.best.

Account Verification (KYC)

OpenPH is required to comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) obligations. At any point — and specifically before processing withdrawal requests — the platform may ask you to submit identity verification documents including a government-issued ID (PhilSys ID, passport, driver's licence, or SSS/GSIS card), proof of address, and/or proof of payment method ownership. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the stated timeframe may result in account suspension and withdrawal delays.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your OpenPH account at any time by contacting customer support. Any outstanding balance will be returned to your verified withdrawal method following completion of all applicable verification checks. OpenPH also reserves the right to close or suspend accounts at its discretion, particularly in cases of suspected fraud, terms violations, or regulatory requirements.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

Accepted Payment Methods

OpenPH accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through Philippine-approved payment channels. These currently include GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, Coins.ph, InstaPay, PESONet, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, UnionBank Online, and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount on OpenPH is ₱100.
• All deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Deposits made via GCash and Maya are typically credited to your OpenPH wallet instantly. Bank transfer timelines may vary depending on the financial institution.
• OpenPH does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
• Deposited funds are available for betting and gaming immediately upon credit to your OpenPH wallet.

Withdrawal Rules

• Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• Identity verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. See Section 6 for details.
• OpenPH aims to process approved withdrawals within the timeframes stated in the Withdrawal section of the platform. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically fastest; bank transfers may take additional processing time.
• OpenPH reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests where fraudulent activity is suspected. This may extend processing times.

5 Betting Rules

All bets placed on OpenPH are subject to the general betting rules set out here as well as any sport-specific or game-specific rules displayed alongside individual markets on the platform. In the event of any conflict, sport-specific rules take precedence over general rules.

Bet Acceptance

A bet is only considered accepted and binding on OpenPH when you receive a bet confirmation reference number. Bets that are not confirmed — due to a technical error, connectivity issue, or any other reason — are not considered placed. OpenPH reserves the right to void any bet placed at an obviously erroneous price resulting from a technical or human error.

Settled Bets

Bets are settled according to the official result of the relevant event, as recognised by the relevant governing body. For sporting events, the result at the end of normal time (or as specified in the market rules) is used for settlement. If a match or event is abandoned, suspended, or postponed, OpenPH reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes, in accordance with the specific rules for that sport displayed on the platform.

Maximum Payouts

OpenPH applies maximum payout limits per event and per market type. These limits are displayed on individual bet markets. No matter the odds or stake size, winnings will be capped at the applicable maximum payout for that market. Bets that exceed maximum payout limits will have stakes adjusted accordingly.

Live In-Play Betting

Live betting markets on OpenPH may be suspended at any time during an event — for example, during a penalty kick, a suspected scoring incident, or at the request of an officiating body. Any bet submitted during a period when the market was suspended will be voided and the stake returned to your wallet. OpenPH cannot guarantee the availability of live markets for any specific event.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

OpenPH offers a range of promotions and bonuses to players, including welcome bonuses, reload offers, cashback deals, enhanced odds, and seasonal campaigns. All bonuses are subject to their own specific terms — including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry dates — which are clearly stated on each promotion's individual page at /promotions.

Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your OpenPH account must be wagered a specified number of times before any resulting winnings can be withdrawn. The exact wagering multiplier and eligible markets for each bonus are stated in the individual promotion terms. Real-money funds are always used and wagered before bonus funds unless stated otherwise.

Bonus Abuse

OpenPH takes a zero-tolerance approach to bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: claiming the same promotion from multiple accounts, using systematic low-risk strategies to meet wagering requirements, or sharing bonuses between accounts. Where bonus abuse is detected, OpenPH reserves the right to void all bonuses and associated winnings, and to close the account without refund.

Bonus Expiry

All bonuses on OpenPH carry an expiry date. Bonus funds and the winnings generated from them that have not been wagered the required number of times before the expiry date will be forfeited automatically. It is the player's responsibility to track bonus expiry dates from within their account.

7 Fair Play & Prohibited Conduct

OpenPH is committed to providing a fair and secure gaming environment for all players. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, potential termination, and forfeiture of funds:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any software designed to place bets or interact with OpenPH without human input
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings from such exploits will be voided
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corruption in the sports or games covered by OpenPH
• Colluding with other players in casino games or through shared accounts to manipulate outcomes
• Using OpenPH for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any illegal financial activity
• Providing false identity documents or information during verification
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation
• Harassing or abusing OpenPH customer support staff or other players in any channel

OpenPH actively monitors all account activity and reserves the right to investigate and act on any suspected violations of these fair play rules. Reports of suspicious activity may be shared with relevant regulatory and law enforcement authorities.

8 Responsible Gaming

11 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, OpenPH shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, special, incidental, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform — including, but not limited to, loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service.

OpenPH does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or error-free access to the platform. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or events beyond our control may result in temporary service interruptions. Where bets are affected by a confirmed technical failure on our side, OpenPH will take appropriate remedial action including bet voidance and stake refunds.

You acknowledge that sports betting and casino gaming involve risk, and that the outcome of all events is uncertain. OpenPH provides the platform and the odds — the outcomes are beyond our control.

12 Changes to These Terms

OpenPH reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time.
